Damage & Rental Care
Customer must complete a standard waiver prior to set up and must ensure the care of the tent and it's contents as follows. Customer assumes all responsibility for damage and or theft of the tent and contents. By completing the reservation, you authorize Pitched Perfect Glamping to withdraw funds from payment method on file for any damage or theft of any items delivered to you. We are fair and will not charge you unless there is a legitimate reason.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking of any kind. Evidence of such will incur a cleaning fee being applied to payment method on file. Min charge $150
Food & Beverage
Customer assumes any responsibility for all damages caused by spills, accidents etc. Any excessive spills, damages or stains are subject to cleaning fees.
Please note:
The tent pegs can extend up to 1 ft into the ground, renters will need to ensure there is nothing in the way (power lines, gas lines, water lines etc ). Pitched Perfect Glamping is not liable for any damage caused by tent pegs.
No shoes inside of tent please
